Terms of service

By creating an account you confirm that you can act for the business you register, and you accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You are responsible for your account and for everyone you give access to — owners, managers and staff — and for the roles and permissions you assign them. Keep passwords and PINs private and tell us promptly about any unauthorised access.

Give us accurate business details and keep them up to date.

Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period, plus any applicable taxes. Fees are non-refundable except where the law or these terms say otherwise. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of a price change, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

If a payment fails we may limit the account after reminding you. Your data is not deleted while an account is limited.

Card and online payments from your guests are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe) under their own terms, which you accept when you connect an account with them. We are not a bank or a payment institution and we do not hold your funds.

You are the merchant of record for your sales: you set your prices and taxes, and payouts, refunds, chargebacks and disputes are between you, your guests and the payment provider. Fees charged by the provider are separate from ours.

You own the data you put into the platform: your menu, orders, customers, staff and reports. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide, secure and support the service.

For personal data about your guests and staff, you are the controller and we act as your processor, on your instructions and as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect that data and for telling people how it is used.

You are responsible for your menu, prices, taxes, allergen and dietary information, food safety, licences, employment obligations and the orders you accept. The platform helps you run these; it does not take them on.

Do not use the platform to break the law, send spam or unsolicited messages, sell prohibited goods, upload harmful code, try to access other businesses’ data, probe or overload the service, or resell it without our written agreement.

We may suspend an account that breaks this section, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.

We work to keep the platform available and secure, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or events outside our control. We may change or retire features; if a change materially reduces what you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

We own the platform, its software and its design. You own your content and your brand, and give us a licence to display them on your ordering site and in the services you enable.

The platform is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. Neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or lost data that could have been backed up. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

You can cancel at any time from the console or by contacting us; the plan runs to the end of the period already paid. We may end or suspend the agreement if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms or do not pay.

After cancellation you can export your data for 30 days. After that we delete it, except for what we must keep by law.

We may update these terms and will notify account owners of material changes before they take effect. The governing law and courts are those of [jurisdiction to be confirmed].
