The restaurant operating console
One console.
Every location.
Orders, the kitchen board, menus, inventory, reservations, delivery and reporting — one system of record for every room you run, and thirteen staff roles that each see only their part of it.
- No hardware to buy
- Every location in one place
- Live in a day
Follow one order
From the till to the door, one state machine.
Every channel writes to the same order and every screen in the building reads it. Scroll, and follow one ticket through the four stations of a service.

Taken once, from anywhere
Counter, kiosk, web, app, phone or aggregator — a channel is a label on the order, not a second system. A cart is an order in draft, so pricing, tax and promotions run on one code path.
- Nine channels, one order table
- Price lists per channel and daypart
- Card data never enters the console

Fired to the right station
Accepting the order commits the kitchen and depletes stock at that moment, not an hour later. Tickets route to grill, fry and cold by item, and every clock counts from the moment it was fired.
- Routing per station
- 86 an item without touching the menu
- Late is measured from fired, not from ordered

A gate that cannot be waved past
Expo checks every item before the bag closes. Missing-item refunds are the top delivery complaint, so packed is a hard block with no override — a gate you can skip is not a gate.
- Every line checked before packed
- No override, for anyone
- The same tone mapping as the live board

Called, collected or on the road
Counter orders are called on the ready board. Delivery orders are offered to a rider, tracked live and proved at the doorstep with a photo, a signature or a code.
- Ready board and collection
- Dispatch, live GPS, proof of delivery
- Refunded is a state, not a flag
Every location
One brand.
Every room.
Pin a location and the whole console narrows to it. Add a second site and it is a row, not a second install — the same menu, the same customer list, the same set of numbers.
Thirteen roles
A line cook can 86 the chicken without holding the menu key. Each person’s navigation is built from what they may actually do.
The store owns the day
Each location keeps its own timezone and business-day cutoff, so a 1am ticket lands on the night it belongs to.
Narrows, never widens
A device is pinned to its store, and the server intersects that with what the account may see. A stale pin can only show less.
What's in it
Seventeen modules.
One login.
Turn on what the room needs. A counter café runs three of these; a group with a terrace, a delivery radius and a stockroom runs all of them — from one menu, one customer list and one set of numbers. Staff, customers, marketing, feedback, reports and devices are in there too.
Orders
Every channel on one board: counter, pickup, delivery, dine-in. Void, discount and refund each need their own grant.
Kitchen
Tickets per station, bump times, and 86-ing that updates the menu everywhere at once.
Menu
Items, modifiers, price lists and availability. Publish to every location or override per site.
Reservations
Covers, floor plans, the waitlist, and parking or valet where you have it.
Delivery
Dispatch, driver assignment and live tracking, with your own zones and fees.
Inventory
Recipes, purchase orders, waste and stock counts, with approvals where they matter.
Plus staff, customers, marketing, feedback, reports, devices and eleven more — every one behind its own permission.
